I just earned money at Walmart

I can't help myself.  I have to walk through the clearance aisle every time I go to Walmart or Target.  Today at Walmart I found Clue Secrets & Spys on clearance for $2.50.  I had a coupon from http://print.coupons.com/couponweb/Offers.aspx?pid=15014&zid=ru81&nid=20 for $5 off, so I earned $2.50 from buying the game.  So now I have a birthday present for Brandon already bought and set aside and I earned money doing it.  How cool is that!

The reason I stock up

Okay, its been a few weeks. I did a little bit of grocery shopping but forgot to take pictures. I got some great deals, but then just ended up buying some things I needed without worrying about if it was on sale. I still stayed right around my weekly goal, and with not doing much shopping for the next couple of weeks, I should easily stay under my goal.

This is why I am so glad that I’ve been doing the stocking up thing when things are on sale. The youngest munchkin just had surgery, we got home yesterday. He’s in long leg casts on both of his legs. Needless to say, we’re not going to be getting out much for a while, and anytime I get out it’s going to have to be when my husband is home. I’m hoping for a quick shopping trip tonight or tomorrow. Gotta get sugar, milk and some more shorts that will fit over the munchkin’s casts.

Last night it was Digiorno pizza as requested by the munchkin, tonight, my free sample of Macaroni Grill Chicken Alfredo Linguine. It’s still cooking and oh does it smell good. I hope it tastes as good as it smells.
